Dottie Rowe, Certified Property Manager and Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, offers her experience in linking East Polk County Landlords and Tenants since 1991. Earning her CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, Rowe is also a member of the Florida West Coast Chapter 44 of Tampa. She is a member of the East Polk County Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Active in her community, she has served as director and past president of the Auburndale Chamber of Commerce.

"A CPM member's commitment to this code requires the use of the utmost care in managing any owner's property and handling funds."

Dottie Rowe began her career as a property manager with Kashana Realty late in the seventies. She then actively managed over 160 properties and supervised the property management division of Cypress Gardens Realty, Inc. for eight years. She also served in a similar position at Arvida Realty Services in Winter Haven.

Using her knowledge of how to market, attract, and retain quality tenants, Dottie opened Alpha Property Management and Rentals, Inc. in downtown Auburndale in June of 2000. According to her, "My goal is to have a balanced life that would please God, thereby pleasing my mate, family, friends and business contacts."
